One Soul Thrust Unveils New Management

Rock band One Soul Thrust has just signed a management deal with Cameron Tilbury Publicity in the United Kingdom.

One Soul Thrust is currently enjoying airplay around the world with their debut single, Go Home And Melt, which features guest vocals by Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple, Black Country Communion).  The song is currently featuring on radio stations in the USA, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, France and the UK.

"We were introduced to Cameron through Nashville vocal coach Judy Rodman," says One Soul Thrust's lead singer/songwriter Salem Jones. "He started getting our music out to international radio and doing our publicity.  but he was also talking to booking agents, promoters and other people.  We soon realized that he was doing a lot of what we wanted in a manager.  Since our focus is international and our producer is based in Europe, we wanted an international manager.  It just seemed like a good fit.  We simply love C."

One Soul Thrust is fronted by lead vocalist/songwriter Salem Jones.  Add drummer Todd Pretty, guitarist Jag Mollerup, bassist Trent Morley, and you have the core members of what one US journalist called "one of Canada's best-kept secrets."  The band is currently nominated in the upcoming Edmonton Music Awards, and their debut CD, 1ST, is available now.  In a matter of weeks, they'll be recording their second album, again with producer/Euro sensation Alessandro Del Vecchio.

Cameron Tilbury is a native of Ancaster, Ontario, Canada and a former Canadian radio announcer/writer (820 CHAM, KX96, Q107, CHFI).  He has worked at advertising agencies in Nottingham, Peterborough, Maidstone and London in the UK.  Cameron Tilbury Publicity was founded in 2010 in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire--about 85 miles north of London--and is currently handling international radio promo and publicity for some of North America's best up-and-coming talent.

What's new this week?

Lots, really.  And that's good.

We've had good news at radio for all of our artists this week.  Our incredible Canadian rock band, One Soul Thrust, continues a slow steady build on radio around the UK, Ireland, Europe and Australia with their debut single, Go Home And Melt--featuring guest vocals with The Voice Of Rock Glenn Hughes.  Find out more about them at www.onesoulthrust.com and find them on Facebook too!

Jessica Ridley and Marlee Scott continue to pick up radio internationally--and Jessica has just released her video for the song Flaming Red.  Search for it on YouTube or follow the link from Jessica Ridley's Facebook page.

New music from Dawson Reigns (video too!) and Shane Chisholm on the way...

Aaron Pritchett and Stacey Lee (from The Western Swing Authority) did some great interviews this week with Dave Woods In The Country on blogtalk radio this week as well.

Both Aaron and Tia McGraff continue to build at radio around the world, as Tia winds up her tour of southwest USA this coming week.

Roots/blues artist Mati Haskell released her video this week, and watch for an upcoming 5-star review of her album 10, 2 & 6 in Maverick Magazine.

You can support all of these artists by purchasing their music on iTunes or at their websites.  And remember, they can always use your requests on your local radio station.

It's been a very good week for all of our artists here at Cameron Tilbury Publicity.

Our rockers One Soul Thrust added more stations in Europe this week.  Roots/blues up-and-comer Mati Haskell scored a nice interview.  Jessica Ridley was in Dallas this week and is managing to hold her own at radio around the world.  The Western Swing Authority has some very cool stuff in development, and Evan Westerlund picked up a nice review of his album Still Crazy in the February issue of Country Music News in Canada...with several UK reviews to come!

Good news from Australia for Marlee Scott:  her single Here To Heaven is up to 22 on the Hot Country chart in Queensland.  Chart action as well for Tia McGraff (who is currently on tour in the US southwest):  Tia debuted on Nashville's IndieWorld chart at number 39 this week with her single Radical Road, and her album Diversity is at 77 on the Americana Music Association chart.  Aaron Pritchett starts to make waves this week, with his first week review on the IndieWorld chart.

Support these talented artists by buying their cd's in-store or from their websites, or download their music legally from iTunes, CDBaby and other locations.
